Terms & Conditions of Sale

Payment terms are initially VISA and then credit 30 days net. Payment can be made by VISA, BACS  or by cheque

An administration and finance charge is added to every non-VISA invoice. This is fully deductable provided the payment terms as stated above are met. Otherwise, the charge is integral to the invoice.

In the event of non-payment of invoice and the instigation of recovery procedures, interest at 5 per cent over the Royal Bank of Scotland variable mortgage rate, current from time to time, will apply to the full invoice value. 

Tatlock and Thomson is a limited liability company incorporated in Scotland with the registration number SC156235

The Law of Scotland shall apply. In the event of any formal dispute in relation to this invoice or work carried out by Tatlock and Thomson Ltd, the matter shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.

All goods, reports etc remain the property of Tatlock and Thomson Ltd until the Invoice is paid in full.

Copyright is retained by Tatlock and Thomson Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The name Tatlock and Thomson Ltd and/or the name of any of its directors, staff or consultants may not be used in connection with product endorsing, marketing etc without the express written permission of the directors.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused (I) by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, or party to substantially meet its performance obligations under this Agreement, provided that, as a condition to the claim of nonliability, the party experiencing the difficulty shall give the other prompt written notice, with full details following the occurrence of the cause relied upon. Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.
